By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a booking.

1. Definitions

Company: Refers to EDventures Rentals, LLC, operating as EDventuresRentals.com.

Renter: Refers to any individual or entity renting a vehicle from the Company.

Vehicle: Refers to any car, truck, or other motor vehicle available for rent.

Agreement: Refers to this document and any associated rental agreement signed at the time of booking.

2. Eligibility & Requirement

Renters must be at least 21 years old.

A valid driver’s license from the Renter’s country of residence is required.

A major credit or debit card is required for booking and security deposit purposes.

Renters must have valid auto insurance coverage or purchase coverage through EDventures Rentals.

3. Booking & Payment

All rentals must be booked through EDventuresRentals.com or an authorized agent.

A deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Full payment is required prior to vehicle pickup.

Cancellations made within [Insert Timeframe] before the rental period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

Vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes and within designated geographic limits.

Renters are prohibited from:

Using the vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road driving.

Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Transporting illegal substances or engaging in unlawful activities.

Smoking and pets (unless otherwise permitted) are strictly prohibited in rental vehicles.

The Renter is responsible for any damage, fines, or tolls incurred during the rental period.

5. Insurance & Liability

Renters must provide proof of valid auto insurance or purchase coverage through the Company.

The Renter is responsible for all damages beyond normal wear and tear.

The Company is not liable for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

In the event of an accident, the Renter must report the incident immediately to both the authorities and the Company.

6. Return Policy & Fees

Vehicles must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time.

Late returns may result in additional charges.

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental. A refueling fee may apply.

Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition.

7. Modifications & Cancellations

The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Company may terminate a rental agreement if the Renter violates these Terms and Conditions.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

EDventuresRentals.com collects personal data to process reservations and improve services.

Customer data is protected and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

By using our services, you consent to our data collection and privacy policy.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.

By using EDventuresRentals.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Requirements Disclosure

Proof of Insurance – All renters are required to have minimum liability insurance as required by state law. Purchase of additional damage waiver may still be necessary depending on the type of policy you have. If you don’t have proof please call us to inquire about our damage waiver options. A minimum rental period of 3 days is required for purchasing our damage waivers. Policy must be active more than 30 days.

Valid Driver’s License – All renters and additional drivers must present a valid driver’s license. A fee may be added for out of state and international drivers licenses. Check with your agent after making the reservation for more details.

Age Restrictions – All drivers must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the rental transaction. There is an additional Under Age Fee of $17.99/day for drivers under the age of 21.

Payment Options – Edventures Rentals accepts Credit Cards and Debit Cards (with Visa or Mastercard logo). Cash, prepaid cards, online banking cards, and gift cards are NOT accepted. Name on credit/debit card must match name on DL.

Background Check – A background check is required for all renters. Credit card renters will not be charged a background check fee. Debit card renters will be charged a non-refundable $25.00 background check fee.

Debit Card Rentals – Edventures Rentals offers the option to rent a vehicle using a debit card. For debit card renters a non-refundbale $25.00 fee is required for background check. A 3-day minimum rental duration may be required for debit card renters.

Deposits – Deposit required for debit card and credit cards. Please call us for details.

Change or Cancellation – Edventures Rentals requires a 24-hour cancellation notice from the time of pickup to receive a full refund of your deposit for all standard vehicles.

For 12 & 15 Passenger Vans: Cancellation must be made within 48 hours of the reservation for a full refund of your deposit.

Same-day reservations (if allowed): Deposit is non-refundable.

Please call us if you need to change or cancel your reservation.

Mileage Restrictions – Mileage is unlimited nationwide.

Out of State – If you plan on going out of state please CALL US BEFORE YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION as different rates and requirements apply. Vehicles traveling outside Texas without approval from Elite Rent a Car are subject to breach of contract and out of state fees. Vehicles are not permitted in Mexico or Canada.

Tolls and Fines – Renter is responsible for all toll charges, fines and parking tickets incurred while renting the vehicle. An administration fee may be applied. All outstanding fees and fines will be charged to the customer’s payment method on file.
